On January 7, 2009, the Court granted our motion to conditionally certify this case as a collective action. The Court ordered Dancers Showclub to provide us with a list of current and former Entertainers who may be eligible and authorized us to send notice of the case to these people. Eligible individuals may join the case by completing and sending us a consent form or by contacting us toll-free at (866) 706-9020.
